Tattoo Information

What's your best availability to get tattooed? Picking multiple options can help us book sooner.

Consultation Information

  1. After submitting this form, I will reach out to the phone number you provided and we'll talk more about your design details like style, size, and pricing.


  2. Then I'll send information for a mobile $50 deposit through Cashapp or Venmo.

    1. This deposit covers the time it takes for me to draw your design and the cost of supplies used in the tattoo.

    2. Deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from the total cost of your tattoo. Your deposit is good for one reschedule.

      1. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment to save your deposit. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before will require a new deposit.


  3. Once I receive your deposit, we'll pick a day and time that works for us and I will see you then!

    1. For booking, I'll start by looking at my soonest availability that matches your form response above.

What kind of reading are you interested in?

Types of Readings I offer :
Tarot Reading : ($20.00) You'll pick one or two of my tarot decks, and we will explore areas of life and/or specific questions.
Tea Leaf Reading : ($30.00) I use loose leaf tea and teacup, and we will explore your past, present, and future, or a situation, through abstract pictures together. Can give longer term projections for a big picture view.
Astrology Reading : ($35.00) I can tell you in depth information about your birth chart including planets, signs, aspects, strengths/inclinations and cruxes. We can also look at certain areas of life and general questions.

Info to know :

  • I want to give my all in every reading I do, to provide the best insight I can. My readings are an equal exchange between you & I, so I will respect your time and money and I hope you will respect my energy and insight.


  • With any reading, you'll receive a typed out, drawn out, or recorded version of your reading so you can reference it later on


  • I can do cash, cashapp, or venmo for reading payments


  • Questions about the reading afterwards are welcomed, however for an equal exchange, I reserve the right not to pull more cards or add on extra divination.
